The Customer Solutions Manager will have a crucial role in providing excellent sales and product support for the DLA's Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) program. They will actively engage with the Troop Support Construction and Equipment Supply Chain to fulfill their specific needs and go above and beyond. By prioritizing exceptional customer service and fostering lasting relationships, the Sales employee will contribute to the overall success of the organization.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
* Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
* 2+ years' proven sales experience or related industry experience
* Prior Military and/or procurement experience a plus
