You'll provide subject matter expertise in support of JADC2 and Joint Fires problem sets. You'll take a leadership role in generating intellectual capital to support organizational goals and strategic investments in emerging technologies. You'll leverage your unique background to analyze systems, processes, data, and workflows to translate our customers' mission needs into technical solutions. You'll work with software developers, engineers, and other product owners to inform capability development and systems integration to enable decision advantage. You'll leverage demonstration and experimentation opportunities and innovation pathways to accelerate delivery of JADC2 capabilities to the warfighter.

You Have:
Experience as an Action Officer on a joint or service headquarters staff
Experiencesupporting demonstrations or experimentation of technical solutions
Experienceidentifying, qualifying, and supporting the capture of new business opportunities
Knowledgeof DoD requirements, CCMD integrated priority list (IPL), and urgent operational needs, including UON, JEON, or JUON
Knowledge of JADC2 challenges and DoD's strategy to accelerate decision advantage
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers in CCMD and service component science and technology (S&T) organizations
Ability to leverage DoD innovation pathways and contracting opportunities to mature and transition technical solutions
Ability to work autonomously to influence and partner with internal and external stakeholders in support of solutioning, teaming, partnerships, and joint capability development

Nice If You Have:
Experience working in fires, joint fires, or joint fire support operations
Experience working with joint fire support digital C2 systems, such as JADOCS, JTIC2S, AFATDS, TBMCS, LFED, FOS, TAIS, TTWCS, CAC2S, AEGIS, VAWS, BC3, and IBCS
Knowledge of the joint targeting cycle, including deliberate and dynamic targeting processes
Knowledge of tactical datalink (TDL) communications and multi-sensor data fusion and correlation
Knowledge of national and tactical intelligence collection methods and intelligence analysis
Knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) applications in DoD
Knowledge of data science and analytics concepts
Knowledge of edge and cloud computing technologies
Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
