The purpose of the Liquor Room Worker position is to load all necessary liquor/liquid items on to the service trolleys according to USDA and HACCP guidelines.
Duties:
Load trolleys with proper goods according to packing instructions including cups, utensils, liquor, soda, etc.
Place clean and unused items in appropriate storage area and retrieve items from other areas as needed.
Placed packed trolleys in appropriate area for pick up by Drivers/Loaders
Apply or remove zip-tie packing seal (if allowed)
Follow established rules for entry to each unit, building and work area including proper attire in accordance with HACCP guidelines for personal hygiene.
Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.
Additional Requirements:
Work assigned schedule which may include multiple shifts, weekends and holidays
Arrive to work on-time and work overtime when required
Relevant experience
Knowledge of food handling and sanitation guidelines
Ability to follow packing card diagrams and instructions
Education Requirements:
Minimum High school diploma or GED
Physical Demands:
Standing –Stands at work station to load liquor, equipment and hand carriers onto trolleys
Walking & Moving About-Moves about the job site to load trolleys with beverages, transport loaded trolleys or to gather equipment.
Bending & Stooping – May bend and stop to perform retrieval of dropped items and to access low shelves or pallets.
Bending & Twisting (at neck and head) – May bend or twist neck to monitor work performed at lower highs or to scan storage isles.
Balancing – Balances to perform secure foot placement on wet or slippery floor surfaces
Reaching – Reaches to access and pack liquor trolleys from levels above and below shoulder height, and to place ratchet straps around groups of trolleys.
Pushing & Pulling – Measured Range Force & Distance – 26ft up to 100ft to push loaded trolley between storage and holding area.
