Job Description
  1. Manage projects that involve research, analysis, planning, development, and implementation activities. Monitors the progress and timeline; communicating with project stakeholders, management, and other relevant parties. Will also focus on process improvement activities. Facilitate/participate in cross-functional workgroups. Ensure alignment with other teams across the organization.
  2. Prioritize, track, and manage project deliverables. Ensures project documentation and reporting are complete/updated. Analyze project performance and identify opportunities to improve the assigned project(s). Initiate quality improvement activities and measures, communicating these measures throughout the organization and various external partners.
  3. Create and foster working relationships with internal and external parties that facilitate project success. Work regularly with stakeholders to identify risks/issues and develop mitigation strategies.
  4. Regularly reviews and monitors project/program requirements. Identifying gaps, areas of improvement, and steps for correction. Delivers training and presentations as needed.
  5. Prepare and deliver reports and presentations, as appropriate, for the Executive Steering Committee, leadership staff, and other internal or external audiences.
  6. Perform all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned or directed.
