Job Description
  1. Coordinate and deliver training programs using an appropriate mode (in-person or virtual) to provide understanding of department technology and workflows, relevant laws, and HMSA plans and benefits. Manage logistics of training including planning, scheduling, and preparation of necessary tools and materials.
  2. Assist the department with daily business operations and functions including activities such as phone servicing, on-the-job training, mentoring and coaching.
  3. Support the development of course and written training materials. Assess the department's current and future training needs and gaps. Provide research, analysis, consulting and coaching to close servicing gaps.
  4. Develop and design in-person and online courses and learning material, curriculum, learning activities, assignments, and assessments.
  5. Maintain training material and curriculum in HMSA's learning management system. Efficiently use the learning management system to promote individual and group learning.
  6. Performs all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned or directed.
