Primary Responsibilities

In the role of Civil EIT/Coordinator, we'll count on you to:

* Assist the Senior and Project Engineer(s) with site studies, site designs, contract documentation preparation and graphic presentation

* Perform overall site layout, grading, drainage, and utility layouts

* Perform routine engineering assignments requiring application of standard techniques and procedures

* Complete projects with clear, specified objectives and limited variables

* Perform administrative duties associated with project management for civil/site projects

* Work independently on small projects, or assist more-senior engineers on larger projects

* Perform other duties as needed

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Civil preferred.

* Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat or BlueBeam.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Detail oriented and self-motivated.

* An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.

Preferred Qualifications

* EIT certification strongly preferred. Candidates hired without their EIT will have the title of 'Coordinator' and will be expected to obtain their EIT for career progression.

* Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Microstation.

* Oahu and Maui based candidates preferred. Kauai, and Big Island candidates are also encouraged to apply.

The expected compensation range for this position is $63,724.50 - $86,215.50 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)
